Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using tylerdraincleaning.com or dialing our dispatch phone numbers, including (903) 857-1023, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or our referral service.

2. Description of Free Referral Service

Tyler Drain Cleaning is a free marketing and referral service that connects consumers in Tyler, TX, and surrounding communities with independent local plumbing and drain cleaning professionals.

Independent Contractors: We do not perform plumbing services, drain cabling, hydro-jetting, or sewer repairs directly. All work is performed by independent plumbing contractor businesses. Each contractor is solely responsible for maintaining their own trade licensing, general liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.

3. Estimates, Quotes, and Payments

Any pricing ranges, typical job costs, or dispatch arrival estimates provided on this website or discussed during telephone intake are approximate estimates provided for consumer convenience. Actual costs are determined exclusively by the independent contractor after conducting an on-site physical evaluation of your plumbing system. You enter into a direct commercial agreement with the dispatched contractor, and all payments are made directly to that independent business entity.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tyler Drain Cleaning, its owners, affiliates, and marketing partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The performance, failure to perform, or negligence of any independent contractor dispatched to your property.
• Any physical damage to your residence, piping, sewer infrastructure, or surrounding landscaping.
• Any delays in emergency dispatch or technician arrival times.
• Any dispute between you and the independent plumbing contractor.

5. Emergency Utility Notice

In the event of a dangerous natural gas leak, structural collapse, or life-threatening emergency, evacuate the premises immediately and contact 911 or your local natural gas / municipal water utility provider before contacting any private contractor.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
